Meet Kim

Hi my name is Kim Kirkpatrick and I’m soooo excited about this website! This is a Girl Rider website! That’s right No Boy’s allowed! I’m so excited to blog my experience’s and hear from Chick’s on Bikes from all over! I do love to learn new things and try new places. I grew up on motorcycles riding with my dad in the trails by our house.. I still have the 1975 Honda 50 that I started on. About 8 years ago I discovered riding in the sand and WOW Love IT! Not to mention its much softer to land on :) We have ventured to Winchester Bay (personal Fav.) Florence and Coos Bay they are all a little different type of riding. I still do a small amount of dirt riding, on a quad it’s a little harder to fit in the trails so I’m on the hunt for a 120 motorcycle and get back in the dirt. I hope to learn with this website of more places to go, advice, and of course show off the latest riding fashion.. I don’t mind getting dirty as long as I have a cute outfit on :)

Meet Lisa

Hi, my name is Lisa Tregaskis. I am an enthusiastic ATV Rider. I have been riding for 11 years, ever since I met my Husband. He was the one who got me into riding. It started out with us camping with a group of his friends that all rode and he had a 1997 Yamaha Banshee which he rode me all over with him in the Oregon Dunes. I absolutely had a blast. Eventually we found a 97 Banshee for me to ride. So now we ride together and I must say I can keep up with the big boys with this bike. It is fast!!! I love it. I love doing cookies, going up hills and riding by the Ocean. When a bunch of us go to the Dunes we always go on a girl’s ride which is my favorite time to go. We girls can take our time and ride trails or the dunes at our own pace, it’s awesome. I would love to hear about other girls that ride and hear there stories!

  1. Wow! Thank you for what ya’ll do! I write for WarBikes and I’m the only girl in that office – but I explain every single day that women ride, too, and we shouldn’t exclude them. I have to remind these boys that women fly planes, too. :)

Thank you – and I look forward to reading more from you!
